1. Isabella Beattie chaired the meeting as both Beth and Lynn Anne were unable to attend.

3. Principal’s Report:

a) Proposal re change in early release days dismissal was discussed and approved by council; instructional time will be maximized by extending it by 10 minutes during the second block; all students will be dismissed for the day at 1:20; bus students will be supervised until buses arrive at 2:00.
b) Junior Christmas concert will take place evening of December 14th at 7:00; each family will receive 3 tickets.
c) Ms Chopra replaces Ms Kacer as Junior Kindergarten teacher as Ms Kacer is on maternity leave.
d) "I Can" presentation by John McGregor drama students to grade 6, 7 & 8 students on November 30th.
e) EQAO results will be released at end of November to parents of grade 4 and 7 students; school and board results are available at the school office for any interested parents.
f) Presentation by Chatham Kent Police Services to Gr. 2,3 and 4 students on teasing, anger and bullying.
g) Report cards are being sent home on December 6th with parent teacher interviews taking place on the 7th and 8th.
